Genuine RKX PCV valve replacement diaphragm.

New version 4.0 has been refined to be the most durable PCV valve EVER!

Designed to replace broken / ruptured PCV diaphragms on the 3.6L and 3.2L engine without having to replace the entire valve cover!

Diaphragm is made from high quality Viton and designed to be more durable.

Volkswagen & Audi do not sell this as a spare part!

They want you to replace the whole valve cover at a cost up to $450

Advantages of replacing only the PCV diaphragm:

- Cost savings

-Higher quality material to maximize lifespan

- Retain high quality OEM valve cover (cheap aftermarket valve covers are known to warp and cause oil leaks)

- Once valve cover is removed install is quick and easy.

KIT CONTENTS:

#1 - PCV valve and PCV assembly gasket
Fits all listed applications with 3.6L & 3.2L

#2 - PCV valve only
Fits all listed applications with 3.6L & 3.2L

#3 - PCV valve, PCV assembly gasket, Valve cover gasket, and lower Intake manifold gasket.
Fits VW, Audi, & Porsche applications  listed with 3.6L engine. The 3.6L can be identified by its black colored plastic valve cover. Manifold gasket does not fit 2 piece manifold.

#4 - PCV valve, PCV assembly gasket, Valve cover gasket, Spark plug gaskets, and Intake manifold gasket.
Fits only applications listed with 3.2L engine. The 3.2L engine can be identified by its silver colored Aluminum valve cover.

#5 PCV valve, PCV assembly gasket, Valve cover gasket, and upper Intake manifold gasket
Fits only VW & Audi applications  listed with 3.6L engine WITH a 2 piece manifold. Most 2010 and newer 3.6L engines use the 2 piece manifold! (This application does not typically require removal of injectors)

NEW OPTION:

FUEL INJECTOR O RINGS

- By popular demand we now offer fuel injector O ring options for all kits. Please note that all applications other than the 3.2L engine With a silver metal valve cover use the same injector O rings. 

- Our injector O rings are made from Fluorosilicone rubber. Special care must be taken when installing. The fit is very tight and the O rings will require lubrication to be installed without damage. The correct type of grease MUST be used as silicone or Aersol based lubricants can cause premature failure.
